Project history: Both stability and speed were insufficient and she made too much smoke.
Modernizations: None.
Naval service: She was judged unusable as a torpedo boat and it was proposed to sell her in December 1874. In 1883 she was transformed into an aviso de flotille and transported tî the Congo.
